Delete your Presidente account

Presidente is a game by Dr.Phé. You can delete your account and everything attached to it from inside the game, without writing to us and without waiting.

How to do it

An account is only needed for public tables, the worldwide ranking and reporting another player. You can delete it from the game itself, whenever you want.

Open the game and tap your name, above the main menu.
Go to the Account section of your profile.
Tap Delete my account.
Sign in again with Apple or Google. We ask for this so nobody can delete your account just by holding your phone. If you cancel, nothing is deleted.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no grace period and no way to recover the account afterwards, so if you wanted to keep something, do it first.

What is deleted

Your player record: your Apple or Google identifier, display name, number (#4821), avatar and country.
Every ranked match you played and your position in the worldwide ranking.
The reports you filed and the reports filed against you.
Any suspension attached to your account.

What is kept

Nothing of yours. Other players’ matches keep their own results: they were won against someone who was there, and they hold no data about you.

Automatic database backups may retain the record for up to 30 days before expiring on their own. They are never read except to recover the service after a failure.

If you play without an account

There is nothing to delete: we store nothing about you unless you sign in. Your game stays on your device and goes with the app. The details are in the privacy policy.
