What we process when you play our games or visit this site, what we use it for and how you can delete it.

1. Who processes your data
The data controller is Héctor Carramiñana Ramos, who develops and publishes games under the name Dr.Phé and owns the domain drphe.com.
Address: Paseo de la Castellana 194, 28046 Madrid, España.
For anything about your data, or to exercise the rights in section 7, write to [email protected].
2. This website
This page is static and uses no cookies, neither analytics nor advertising. There are no forms, no third-party resources are loaded and the typeface is served from our own domain. Our hosting provider logs technical connection data — IP address, country, time of the request — to keep the site running and to detect abuse.
If you choose anything in the display panel — high contrast, text size or less motion — that choice is stored in your own browser so the page looks the way you left it next time. It is not a cookie, it never leaves your device and it never reaches us, and it disappears if you clear the site data.
3. The games
If you play without an account
You can play without registering, and then we process no identifying data at all: the alias you choose, your player avatar and your saved games live only on your device. In an online match, that alias and avatar travel to the table so the others can see you, and disappear when it ends. Nothing is recorded in any ranking.
What is stored on your device
The game stores your settings, your alias — chosen by you —, your player avatar, also chosen by you, and any half-finished match on your own device, so they are still there next time. This is not tracking and it never leaves your device: it is what the game needs to work, so no permission is asked for it. It is removed by uninstalling the app or clearing the site data in your browser.
If you create an account
Registering is voluntary and exists so your games are saved and you appear in the ranking. We then store:
| Data | Where it comes from |
|---|---|
| An identifier for your Apple or Google account | From the provider. It is a code, not your email |
| Your public alias and its number (Alias#0000) | You choose it; the number is assigned by the system |
| Your player avatar | You choose it. Stored as a handful of values, not as an image |
| The country you play from | Inferred by our provider from the connection |
| The result of each online match | From the match itself |
We do not store your email address. Apple and Google pass it to us when they identify you, but it is never saved: it is only used to show you which account you are signed in with.
In the web version, pressing “sign in” loads the Apple or Google code needed to identify you, and they may set their own cookies in your browser under their policies. That only happens if you press it: while you play without an account, nothing from third parties is loaded.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Letting you play online and saving your results — performance of the service you ask us for. You can also play as a guest, with no result recorded at all.
- Saving your results and publishing them in the ranking — performance of the service, which you request by registering.
- Keeping the game secure and preventing impersonation — legitimate interest in the game working and the ranking meaning something.
The ranking is public inside the game: anyone looking at it sees your public alias, chosen by you, the avatar you pick in the app and your results. They do not see your email or your account identifier.
We make no automated decisions affecting you, and we do not build profiles.
5. Who else is involved
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to anyone for their own purposes. To provide the service we rely on Cloudflare (match servers, database and hosting) and on Apple and Google (sign-in and app distribution). Some of them process data outside the European Economic Area, under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
6. How long we keep it
- Your account and your results: as long as the account exists. If you delete it, they are gone immediately and for good.
- Matches in progress: as long as the match lasts.
- Technical connection data: kept by our infrastructure provider for at most thirty days, for security and diagnostics.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict or object to its processing and request its portability, as well as withdraw your consent where consent is the basis for processing.
You do not need to write to us to delete your account: in the game, open your profile and press “Delete my account”. It is immediate and final, and afterwards you can carry on playing as a guest.
For anything else, write to [email protected]. We answer within one month. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
8. Children
Our games can be played with no account and without providing any data, and we show no advertising.
Creating an account requires being at least 14 years old, the age from which someone can consent to the processing of their own data in Spain. If we find an account below that age, we will delete it.
9. Changes
If we change what we do with your data, we will update this page and its date. When the change is significant, we will say so inside the game before applying it.
